Lebanese Ministry of Information
President of the Egyptian “National Media Authority”, Hussein Zein, on Monday welcomed Caretaker Minister of Information, Dr. Manal Abdel Samad Najd, with whom he discussed the best means to promote joint cooperation between Egypt’s National Media Authority and the Lebanese Ministry of Information in various media fields, as well as to activate cooperation protocols which involve program exchange, joint production, and training.
Zain underlined the substantial need to activate cooperation with the Lebanese side in a bid to make a positive impact on the professional and economic levels.
He also stressed the importance of permanent coordination with the Lebanese side, especially within the frame of media coverage of various important events and issues across the Arab arena, proposing as well the production of a joint broadcast program.
For her part, Abdel Samad highlighted the paramount importance of media cooperation “with this great media edifice, which has distinct capabilities and expertise.”
She also highlighted the need to benefit from the Egyptian media authority’s expertise through activating training courses.
