“On Mother’s Day, I greet all the mothers of Lebanon. They are life, the first nurses, the source of strength and doctors for the life of any child,” Dr. Manal Abdel Samad Najd said on her Twitter account.

She added: “Because health is not a joke, stay at home for your mother and for everyone’s sake.
